Scholars Teacher Education Program (STEP) |
The Scholars Teacher Education Program (STEP) is a unique program that enables students to earn a Bachelor of Science in physics and a Master of Science in Education in five years. The course of study combines field-intensive programs with a strong foundation in the liberal arts and sciences.
Graduates who successfully complete the fifth year of the program are then eligible for New York State Department of Education certification in childhood or adolescent education.
