Students showing their work to Prof. Al Lorenz
Introduction
Introductory printmaking courses expose you to a broad range of printing techniques, while more advanced study emphasizes the development of your personal vision and style.

Our new, well-equipped printmaking studio affords you the opportunity to explore traditional intaglio processes (etching, aquatint, and drypoint), relief printing techniques (woodcut, linocut, and mezzotint), silk-screen, solar etching, and printing methods that employ photography and digital imagery.
